Administrators are vital to the success of our business model. Working with various internal teams to generate new ideas and efficiencies that will provide our clients the most rewarding experience. Collaborating with our highly experienced sales team to ensure precise creation and delivery of advanced technical systems.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Financial Controller
Completing month-end procedures and analysis
Financial reporting
Account reconciliation
Maintaining a general ledger
Recording journal entries
Completion of the weekly Backlog Order report
Responsible for the Letters of Credit for applicable customers
Compliance with all Evertz Policies and Procedures
Other Duties as required
Qualifications:
College Education in related field (Business, Accounting) or related experience
Superior organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, time management skills and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
