Job Overview: For our Accounts Department, we are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Account Representative who is familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the Job Type: Full Time Job Location: Ahmedabad Designation: Jr. Accounts Executive Department: Accounts and Finance Preferred Experience: Fresher / 2-4 years of experience in a similar field Job Accountabilities - Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc. - Handling day-to-day accounting. - Preparing invoices and following up on pending payments. - Handling all banking-related work. - Making payments through various modes like NEFT, RTGS, cash, cheques, etc and keeping track of them - Handling and filling GST is one of the key responsibilities that should be included in the account executive job description - Preparing profit and loss statements - Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining the ledger, maintaining an account of fixed assets, and conducting all other accounting activities - Handling petty cash - Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws Preferred Skill Sets The following qualifications are the minimum requirements necessary to successfully perform this role.
