Job Overview: For our Accounts Department, we are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Account Representative who is familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the Job Type: Full Time Job Location: Ahmedabad Designation: Jr. Accounts Executive Department: Accounts and Finance Preferred Experience: Fresher / 2-4 years of experience in a similar field Job Accountabilities - Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc. - Handling day-to-day accounting. - Preparing invoices and following up on pending payments. - Handling all banking-related work. - Making payments through various modes like NEFT, RTGS, cash, cheques, etc and keeping track of them - Handling and filling GST is one of the key responsibilities that should be included in the account executive job description - Preparing profit and loss statements - Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining the ledger, maintaining an account of fixed assets, and conducting all other accounting activities - Handling petty cash - Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws Preferred Skill Sets The following qualifications are the minimum requirements necessary to successfully perform this role. However, any equivalent combination of experience, education and training, which provides the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities, would be acceptable. - Bachelor’s degree in accounting or its equivalent. - 2-4 years of experience as an accountant - Proficient in managing accounting software like Tally and ERP. - Knowledge of accounting and taxation laws and keeping abreast of the changes - Excellent record-keeping and accounting skills with high ethics - Good team player Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Salary: ₹8,886.15 - ₹20,835.63 per month Benefits: - Paid time off Schedule: - Morning shift Supplemental pay types: - Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: - Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) Experience: - total work: 1 year (preferred) Speak with the employer ++1 ++7+858748
