About the role
We are seeking an energetic, and ambitious Junior Architect to join our dynamic team at E Factor
Experiences in Noida. As a global leader in design specializing in Museums, Fests, and Camps, we are
looking for a team-centric and innovative individual passionate about creating exceptional experiences.
Indicative Duties & responsibilities
• Collaborate with the project team on programming, consulting, strategic planning, conceptual design, design development, and production.
• Work closely with the Senior Architect to develop design solutions, generate design plans, and lead projects.
• Contribute to innovative and functional designs, architectural concepts, and detailed drawings that meet project requirements.
• Conduct physical and virtual site visits to monitor project progress, address design-related issues, and ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards.
• Assist in the creation of preliminary plans and design concepts, including images, visuals, materials, finishes, and drawings.
• Support the team in analyzing design objectives based on project needs.
• Provide assistance in preparing sample collections, hand sketches, 3D models, visuals, furniture proposals, schedules, drawings, and material boards.
Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B. Arch) is mandatory.
• 3–4 years of experience in interior workplace and architectural drawings.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and Photoshop is essential.
• Strong teamwork skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail in creating designs and architectural concepts.
• Strong visualization skills for conceptualizing innovative design ideas.
