Full time job for a mid-senior level architect at GPM Architects and Planners in New Delhi.
-Minimum 2-4 years of work experience
-Experience required in the field of airports, land ports, railway stations, commercial, residential housing, etc.
-Applicant should have thorough understanding of working drawing and preparation of these drawings with the help of Autocad, Excel, MS Office, etc.
-Strong problem solving skills and decision making abilities
-Excellent communication skills
-Degree in architecture from a reputed college

-Preparation of working drawings package for several large scale projects
-Assisting team to timely prepare required documents
-Understanding of design development stages of architectural projects
-Understanding of site level working and site visit to resolve key issues
-Coordination with various stake-holders to prepare the coordinated drawing sets
