• Presentation drawings and approval drawings, identify the need of the project.
• Preparation of Concept / Submission / Working drawings.
• Managing the deliverables within cost and timelines.
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Develop and present design proposals to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
• Manage and coordinate construction projects from conception to completion.
• Having good Knowledge of latest building and material specifications and excellent presentable skills.
• Well-versed in the field of Group Housing, hospitality, residential, and commercial large-scale projects.
• The position is in Banaswadi, Bangalore
