Job descriptions :
● Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
● Prepare recruitment materials such as advertisement designs and recruitment related blogs to be
posted on job board/social media/colleges etc
● Source and recruit candidates by using internal databases, social media, webinars, campus
recruitment etc
● Use AI to screen candidates resumes and job applications
● Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
● Use AI to do assessments on applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and
aptitudes
● Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
● Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
● Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
● Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
● Proactively contact potential job seekers through calls, emails, and social media and educate
candidates about the benefits of creating a work profile on the Workforce Pro recruitment platform.
● Identify and reach out to hiring managers, recruiters, and HR professionals and present the
Workforce Pro recruitment platform as a solution for their hiring needs. Explain subscription plans,
features, and benefits of the platform
● Maintain relationships with clients to encourage long-term subscriptions and renewals.
● Assist on onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
Qualification :
BBA ,MBA and any related field.
Location : Ahmedabad
Who apply ? : Fresher / Experienced
Stipend : 14k/month
Job type : Only work from office
Office time : + am to 6 pm | Monday to Friday
