Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification: B.Arch. / Diploma in Architecture / related field in the AEC industry.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in Autodesk Revit.
- Sound understanding of architectural modelling standards and BIM workflows.
- Proficient in topography modelling and working with site-related elements.
- Experience in working with central files and BIM 360 for team collaboration.
- Knowledge of sheet setup, detailing, and annotation standards.
- Familiarity with phases and design options in Revit.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
- Understanding of AutoCAD Software.
- Experience in international projects (US/UK/UAE/Australia/Canada) is an advantage.
