Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented BDE fresher to join our growth team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of the IT service industry and a proven track record during their internship. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and generating high-quality leads for our development services.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, email marketing, and social media (LinkedIn)
Demonstrate basic knowledge of platforms like Upwork to identify relevant projects.
Understand client requirements for IT services (Web/Mobile App Development) and coordinate with the technical team.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients to convert leads into business opportunities.
Maintain excellent verbal and written communication with international and domestic clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
A completed 3 to 6-month internship specifically in IT Sales or Business Development.
Familiarity with tools used for lead generation.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are a must. You should be able to draft professional proposals and speak confidently with international clients.
Pay: ₹10,575.94 - ₹37,158.96 per month
