QUALIFICATION:
• Com / M.Com + M.P.M / M.B.A – HR / PGDHM
• Knowledge of MS-Office preferred
EXPERIENCE:
• 1 – 2 years
• Hospital experience preferred
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manpower Planning:
Maintaining and updating database for sanctioned strength and actual manpower strength on a regular basis, record keeping for all new sanctions, regular updating the HOD and the team related to manpower requirements and closing of open vacancies.
Recruitment & Selection:
End to end recruitments of all nursing, technical & paramedical and clerical & admin positions, file preparation, documentation, scanning through profiles and lining up interviews of potential candidates, working closely with manpower consultants for our manpower requirements, ensuring all joining formalities are completed and maintaining a proper record of all the manpower selected.
Induction & Orientation (I&O):
Planning of monthly I&O in coordination with L&D and other team members, sharing monthly joinings with the L&D team, booking of the auditorium for conducting the I&O programme
Performance Appraisal (PA):
Distribution of PA forms to the respective departments, assisting them in the PA activities, and data entry related to PA.
Learning & Development (L&D):
Coordination with the L&D team and imparting related training as and when scheduled
Exit Formalities:
Conducting exit interviews of the employees, Quarterly Exit Analysis, maintaining monthly recruitment-exit tracker and analysis of exit data, arranging and conducting retirement functions with L&D department
Apprenticeship Training:
Engaging HSC Vocational students for MLT apprenticeship, diploma and graduate apprentices for pharmacy and other technical areas every year and coordinating and reporting to the Apprenticeship Office in Mumbai, document processing and monthly rotation of the apprentices
