Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR ASSISTANT to support the daily functions of our Human Resources department. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in HR and gain exposure to a wide range of HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and HR policy administration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in recruitment efforts by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding and offboarding process for employees.
• Maintain and update employee records and databases (HRIS) with accurate and timely information.
• Help organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and company events.
• Support payroll and benefits administration by coordinating with internal teams and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Handle general administrative tasks and support the HR team with ad hoc projects.
• Address basic employee queries regarding HR policies and processes.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role (internships count).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Discretion and confidentiality.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Sheets)
Preferred Qualifications:
• HR internship or prior experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, or Indeed.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
