Mandatory Skills:
Cockpit ( Instrument Panel, Door Trims, Floor Console), Trims - Pillar Trims, Soft Trims, Headliner, Carpets etc
- Technical skills:
- Should be excellent in Interior Trim Product Design & Development - Cockpit ( Instrument Panel, Door Trims, Floor Console), Trims - Pillar Trims, Soft Trims, Headliner, Carpets etc.
- Very Good Skills in Catia V5 - Surface, Solid Modeling & Drafting.
- Experience in Style Surface Feasibility & Analysis i.e. checking Draft, Tooling Feasibility, ECE R24 Regulation Evaluation, creating concept proposals Packaging Study with surrounding parts, Benchmarking Study and Analysis.
- Should have experience in DFx ( Design for Mfg., assembly & Serviceability)
- Knowledge in tooling, fixings, Materials, GD & T, Stack up DFMEA, DVP etc. will be preferable
- Understand CAE requirements and results for project requirements & implementation
- Knowledge of Color & Texture, Materials.
- Project Co-ordination & Communication Skills:
- Should be responsible for Quality, Delivery Time lines for responsible system.
- Maintain project status & documentation to present in Customer Meetings.
- Should be able to give advance inputs to Internal teams & Customer to resolve the issues.
- Resolve ambiguity through Technical and Strong communication skills with customer.
- Strong communication, Presentation & Documentation skills
