Note: This is a part-time, hybrid role (24 hours per week) located in Ottawa.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Communications Support
Assist in the development and preparation of marketing and communication materials including brochures, presentations, digital content, and promotional campaigns.
Support internal communications initiatives by developing visual assets and presentation materials.
Ensure consistency with company branding standards across all materials.
Graphic Design
Design and produce visual content for print, digital and social media including:
motion graphics
presentation templates
event materials
marketing collateral
Proposal graphics
Maintain and update existing design templates and branding assets.
Utilize multimedia tools for advertising and promotional campaigns
Website & Digital Content
Assist with updates and maintenance of website content.
Support the development of digital assets for web and online communications.
Produce and edit short-form videos and animations Monitor digital content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and visual quality.
Corporate Branding
Ensure all marketing and communications materials align with brand guidelines
Support the ongoing development and organization of brand assets and templates.
Administrative & Project Support
Assist with coordination of marketing initiatives and corporate events.
Maintain organized repositories of marketing and design materials.
Support other communications and marketing initiatives as required.
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in marketing support, graphic design, or digital media.
A portfolio demonstrating creativity, multimedia skills and previous design work
Proficiency with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, video editing programs like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Resolve, , etc.). Experience with website content management systems (CMS)
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and web development is considered an asset.
Strong knowledge in graphic production and prepress requirements
Strong attention to detail and visual presentation.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Creative problem-solving and adaptability
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual English/French
