JOB DESCRIPTION
• Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure smooth functioning across all departments.
• Implement and uphold operational policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate department managers and team members.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure operational efficiency.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for service enhancement.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and address escalated issues or complaints.
PROFILE
• Experience: 3- 6 years in hospitality operations or senior management roles.
• Industry: Hospitality, Hotel Management.
• Skills: Excellent Communication negotiation and organizational skills. Strong leadership
and decision-making abilities. Ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of hotel
management systems and industry best practices.
• Degree: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or relevant field.
