About the Role:
Obeig is hiring a Jr. SEO Executive to support our SEO operations. The role is currently hybrid — remote work with weekly in-person meetings. A physical office will be set up soon in Edappal, after which daily commuting will be required.
Key Responsibilities:
Keyword research
On-page SEO (meta tags, headings, internal linking)
Basic technical SEO (indexing, crawl issues)
Content coordination and optimization
Basic backlinking
SEO audits and reporting
Requirements:
Basic understanding of SEO practices
Mandatory: WordPress knowledge
Any project or experience related to SEO or rankings is a plus
Good communication skills in English
Must be willing to commute daily to Edappal once the office is operational
Who Can Apply:
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
Based in or near Edappal preferred
