Job Title: Jr. Technical Consultant

Brief Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proficient Jr. Technical Consultant to join our team at Gulf Infotech. The ideal candidate will be responsible for offering comprehensive technical support for our cloud-based products (primarily Google Workspace & Office 365) and providing Pre-sales Support for our offices across UAE, Oman, Qatar & Saudi Arabia. This role involves a blend of technical acumen and consulting expertise, enabling the candidate to understand clients' technical challenges, position tailored solutions effectively, and help the sales team achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
Technical:
• Provide end-to-end support for products resold by Gulf Infotech, with a focus on Google Workspace & Office 365.
• Proactively recommend deployment guidelines and execute projects within defined timelines.
• Implement and deploy cloud-based solutions.
• Continuously learn and support new solutions launched by Gulf Infotech.
• Follow predefined SOPs for customer support.
• Manage and resolve customer tickets based on SLA using the ticketing platform.
• Complete necessary technical certifications as required by Gulf Infotech.
• Handle overall support responsibility for all products resold by Gulf Infotech.
• Demonstrate quick thinking and troubleshooting skills for proactive customer assistance.
Requirements
• Fresh Graduates with Technical Skills are welcome to apply
• 0-2 years of experience as a System Administrator, Technical Consultant, Pre-sales, Technical Consultancy
• Experience in handling technology like Computers, PCs, Linux Devices
• Proficient in software troubleshooting, including Windows Registry, software installation, and remote management.
• Strong understanding of email concepts, DNS, domains, software configuration, FTP, printer, and networking technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• The candidate should be able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Proactiveness in the role will be a key performance metric.
Remuneration & Package
• Candidate would need to have a Laptop & a Stable Internet Connection on which they can work.
• Monthly Total Salary of INR 15,000 would be provided to the candidate
• Monthly Performance Incentive of INR 5,000 would be provided to the candidate based on his/her performance identified on a 10 point performance scale.
• The total salary and remuneration of the candidate will be capped at INR 20,000 including Monthly Salary and Performance Incentive.
