Job Description:
• Workflow Analysis: Analyzing support workflows and suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Product Collaboration: Collaborating closely with product teams to provide insights and feedback on product changes related to the customer service department.
• Technical Support: Providing technical support to customers within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring prompt issue resolution and adherence to established timelines.
• Configuration Assistance: Assisting internal teams and clients with configuration setups to ensure smooth operations and optimal functionality.
• Issue Resolution: Identifying and resolving issues through various communication channels such as chat, emails, and calls.
• Sales Assistance: Supporting the sales process by providing potential leads with detailed information about the company's products and services.
• Communication Skills: Demonstrating proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
Experience:
• 0.5-2 years of experience in customer support/customer operations/Technical support.
• MS Office knowledge is mandatory
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Willing to work in rotational shift
