We at Developer Bazaar Technologies Looking for Jr. HR Executive. who has good skills and knowledge in the HR stream they must be knowledgeable about core HR fundamentals and have a good problem-solving attitude.
# You Must Know
Candidate must have knowledge and experience in the IT service domain of at least 6 months.
It’s Work from the office, job location Bhanwarkuan Indore
CTC payable range is 1,20,000 to 1,80,000 INR
# What do we expect from you?-
Recruitment
Screening potential employees resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill job vacancies.
Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates
Managing End to End Recruitment Cycle
Negotiation, Follow up and Closing
Fluent in client relationship management and communication
Operations
Handle all the admin activities
Payroll and attendance management
Empolyee engagement activities
Coordinating new hire orientations
Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters
Account Management
o Coordinate with the account team
o Collecting income and expenses invoice
o Working part of employee PF, TDS, and other tax liabilities which come under employee.
o Making better processes for the increasing transaction of accuracy for theaccount team
o Weekly review meeting with account department
