Job Description
We are looking for a candidate who will have a head for numbers, experience with MS Excel, and strong analytical skills. The Junior Accountant will report directly to the Accounting Supervisor/Director and will need to demonstrate the ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel (If functions, Vlookup, Pivot table, Conditional formatting)
• Highly Proficient in the use of accounting software like Tally ERP +.
• Customer management
• Vendor management
• Analyzing past records
• Bank visit for cheque drop/statement/cheque book issue or any other issue
• Knowledge of GST to be able to pass GST entries like payment of GST.
• Knowledge of TDS of income tax. Like what TDS rate will be applicable under which section. How to pass TDS entry in tally.
