The position requires 1-2 years of experience in accounting, statutory audit, and taxation. Candidates having some experience in the e-commerce domain and knowledge of e-commerce account reconciliations will be preferred.Job Responsibilities:Maintenance of Books of Accounts, BRS, Preparation of Financial Statement & Finalization of AccountsMonthly deposit & Return and ReportingBank Transactions Updation to Accounts SystemGST Filing & liaison with Auditor/GST OfficeUpdate accounts receivable and issue invoicesPayable/Receivable Follow-upReconcile ledgers monthly and quarterlyMonth-end and year-end closingWork under the supervision of a Senior AccountantAssist in completing auditsGenerate reports of financial status informationCalculate payroll taxesOffice Administrative SupportCommunication & Liaison with StakeholdersAbility to oversee overall admin process Roles and ResponsibilitiesMaintain a filing system and protects confidential customer information.Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:Graduation or Post Graduation in Accounts or Finance or any related field.Knowledge of latest accounting IT software(s) and tools(s) like Zoho books, Busy & Tally ERP.Expertise in advanced MS Excel is a mustMinimum 1-2 years of experience requiredAbility to multitask effectivelyStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracyAnalytical and problem-solving skillsTime managementMathematical and deductive reasoning.About The Company: Nuvoretail Enlytical Technologies Private Limited is an e-commerce analytics and automation company.
