• Knowledge of Tally ERP & Zoho Books.
• Advanced knowledge about Accounting concepts, taxation concepts of india.
• Advanced knowledge about Income tax filing, gst filing, tds filing, form 16 making, advance tax payments, etc..
• Advanced knowledge about GST Portal and GST Credit.
• Knowledge of working with CA and helping him to finish Audit Report.
Responsibilities:
• Handling Accounts and Finance Activities on Tally ERP system
• Handling Bank reconciliation, Receivables & Payables.
• Preparing monthly fund flow, cash flow reports, handling working capital.
• Computation and Payment of Tax: Prepare and review tax calculations, estimates and reports. TDS Monthly TDS payments, GST Payments, Reconciliation of TDS.
• Resolving pending Issues relating to Income Tax , Sales TAX by visiting various Govt offices.
• Income tax filing, gst filing, tds filing, form 16 for employees, advance tax payments, gst payments on time.
• Sending invoices to our local & international customers.
• Monthly finance meeting with owners / directors.
• Weekly performance reporting to owners / directors.
• Maintaining of Daily work spreadsheet for official records.
• Visiting our CA office, for suspense entries clearance & for completion of Annual Audit.
• Sending salary slips to all employees
