Job Summary: Scutu Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and handling various taxation-related tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements - Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and laws - Analyze financial data and provide insights to management - Prepare and file tax returns, including: - GST (Goods and Services Tax) returns - TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) returns - Income tax returns - Manage TDS compliance, including: - Deducting tax at source - Depositing tax deductions - Filing TDS returns - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records - Collaborate with external auditors, as necessary - Ensure timely payment of taxes, including GST, income tax, and other statutory dues Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) - Minimum 2+ years of accounting experience - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills Nice to Have: - Master's degree in Accounting or related field - Experience with financial planning and analysis - Knowledge of financial reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau
