Position - Junior Account Executive
Exp. Required - 1-4 Yrs
Location - Gurgaon
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, creating financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting procedures. The accountant will work closely with other members of the finance team and will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyse financial statements on a regular basis, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring that all transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns, GST and TDS.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with accounting principles.
Analyse financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and regulations.
Collaborate with other members of the finance team to develop and implement financial strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
At least 1-4 years of experience in accounting.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
Experience with accounting software and financial management systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
