Key Responsibilities
• Accounting support:
• Assist with daily accounting tasks, including data entry, transaction processing, and record-keeping.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in Zoho Books.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Zoho books management:
• Utilize Zoho Books to manage financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and expense tracking.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in data entry within Zoho Books.
• Assist in reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.
• Inventory management:
• Support inventory tracking and management to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and maintaining inventory records.
• Help in managing inventory orders, receipts, and shipments.
• Financial analysis:
• Assist in analyzing financial data to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Contribute to the preparation of reports on financial performance and inventory status.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on financial and inventory analysis.
• Compliance and documentation:
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Maintain organized and accessible documentation for all financial transactions and inventory records.
• Support internal and external audit processes as needed.
• Learning and development:
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance accounting and inventory management skills.
• Gain exposure to various aspects of financial operations within the company.
• Work closely with experienced professionals to develop practical knowledge and expertise.
