Description
Primary Responsibilities:
• Responsible for complete back office management.
• One point of contact and communication bridge between employer and clients/vendors etc.
• Preparing Government tender documents and submissions
• Tally, GST filling work
• A few admin related work.
Accounting Responsibilities:
• Regularly entries in Tally of sales and purchase.
• Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc.
• Handling day-to-day accounting
• Preparing invoices and following up for pending payments
• Handling all banking related works
• Communicating with clients and vendors through phone calls or email
• Making payments through various modes like NEFT, RTGS, cash, cheques, etc and keeping track of them
• Handling and regular filling of GST is one of the key responsibility.
• Preparing profit and loss statements
• Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining ledger, maintaining account of fixed assets, and conducting all other accounting activities
• Assisting Chartered Accountant.
• Handling petty cash
• Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws
Export Documentation Responsibilities:
• Arranging the Freight quotation & Finalize the best rate as per requirement.
• Coordinate with internal finance team for B/E approval, FF invoice payment, and final FF rate quote Approval etc.
• Negotiate with Freight Forwarders, transporter, shipping line or manage contracts for regular requirements.
• Coordination with All Vendors, Shipping Line & Warehouse.
• Preparing Quotation & PI
• Pre-Shipment Export Documents Viz. Invoice, Packing List for Customs Clearance.
• Prepare Daily Dispatch Report.
• Preparing L/C Document with supporting Documentation.
• All FF Bill Check Sea & Air Freight.
• Post-Shipment Document as per L/C norms Viz. B/L, Shipping Bill etc.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Helping create JDs, refining the roles, helping with right sourcing, coordinating with recruitment partners and candidates
• Well versed with platforms like Naukri, Linkedin, Angellist, Hirect, IIMJobs and other job portals
• Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidate
• Cold calling potential candidates, and extensive head hunting for finding suitable candidates across social networking sites and other platforms
• Explaining the candidates about the company, share Jayco's vision/mission, and other prospects about the growth of the company
• Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question
Requirements:
• Tally expert
• Export Import documentation experience.
• Curious to learn new skills and up for taking on responsibilities.
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
