Job description, work day and responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation of financial statements, maintain financial records, reconcile bank statements, and help ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Record and maintain financial transactions in accounting software
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and audits
• Communicate with vendors and clients regarding financial transactions
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
• Provide administrative support to the finance team as required
