• Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform design decisions
• Illustrate and prototype designs, and present them to the team and stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams - sourcing, production, marketing, and buying
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target customer and their needs
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, fabrics, and technologies
