Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect located in New Delhi. The Architect will be responsible for designing and creating architectural plans, preparing detailed drawings and specifications, and ensuring that projects adhere to building codes and regulations. Daily tasks will include collaborating with clients to understand their vision and requirements, conducting site visits, supervising the construction process, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects. The Architect will also work on both architectural and interior design projects, providing innovative and practical solutions that meet clients' needs and preferences.
Qualifications
• A Smile on the Face
• Proficient in architectural design, drafting, and creating detailed drawings
• Experience in project management, site visits, and supervising construction processes
• Skilled in using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion, Vray
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and compliance
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work closely with clients to understand and translate their vision into designs
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Prior experience in both architectural and interior design projects is a plus
