• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop and Microsoft
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Previous internship or work experience in architectural design
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
