Overview:
Assurance Developers, a prominent construction company based in Bangalore, is seeking a motivated Junior Architect to join our growing team. The Junior Architect will support senior staff in design development, drafting, and project coordination while gaining valuable experience in the field of architecture.
Responsibilities:
• Assist senior architects in the development of architectural designs and plans.
• Prepare drawings, blueprints, and other documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, and similar software.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
• Conduct research on materials and building techniques.
• Participate in site visits and assist in inspections as needed.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and design proposals.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in architectural design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
