Job Brief :
Proficient Junior Architect / Design-Architect
The Architect will be responsible for planning and designing while keeping in mind the needs of the project.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in the field
• Experience in Creative Designing would be an added advantage
Skills :
• Basic Software : MS Office, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop
• MSP : added advantage
• Basic knowledge of Networking, DMX Integration : added advantage
Responsibilities :
• Create detailed plans for the project
• Present drawings and plans for approval
• Perform feasibility reports and ensure compliances
• Compile needed blueprints, specifications, and construction reports
• Aide in the creation of a schedule and budget for the project
• Work closely with managers and team to ensure the project is completed on time and according to the specified design
