Role Description
As a full-time Junior Architect at Maksh Architects in Hosur, you will engage in architectural design, project management, and integration tasks. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects while collaborating closely with experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
● Assist in the development of architectural designs and plans in alignment with client visions and project goals.
● Support project management tasks, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to design specifications.
● Manage and update BIM models to reflect design modifications and improve project outcomes.
● Collaborate with team members during site visits to assess project progress and implement design solutions.
● Prepare detailed architectural drawings and presentations for client meetings.
Qualifications
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
● 3-4 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project coordination.
● Proficient in SketchUp and Lumion; strong ability in producing detailed drawings.
● Familiarity with BIM software is advantageous.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
