Job Description
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Maintaining a file of all communications with the various exhibitors
• Monitoring issuance of quotations, billing, and receivables for each exhibitor
• Controlling the quality and quantities in the workshop of all orders placed
• Supervision delivery during building-up and monitoring client satisfaction during exhibition days
• Working closely with and reporting to the head of business liaison
Requirements
• Able to understand a client's design brief and communicate this internally to the production and design team
• Capable of understanding in-house production techniques and processes to produce design details accordingly
• Should be able to collaborate with the production team to find practical solutions to client's requirements
• Good organizational skills and record-keeping with the ability to follow the internal system
• Willing to travel for buildup and site supervision
The position requires the person to work from the office. Confident in meeting with clients. And must have good communication skills in both English and Hindi.
