Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Architect at Fazli Associates located in Mangaluru. The Junior Architect will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of architectural plans and drawings, collaborating with senior architects on project designs, conducting site visits and assessments, and assisting in the preparation of construction documents. The Junior Architect will also assist in coordinating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural 3D and rendering softwares
• Knowledge of building construction processes and good drawing skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Previous experience in an architectural firm or internship is a plus
