Job Description
Responsibilities
Understand the order of work to be followed by the principal architect.
Adhere to company standard quality and ensure quality checks are happening on time - take an update from the supervisor.
Draft layouts using AutoCAD
Create other drawings as required.
Planning and bill of quantities.
Coordination with contractors and site supervisor.
Order of work
Marking everything on site.
Conduct a meeting with all vendors on site with the principal architect.
Coordination with all vendors as and when there is a requirement for material.
Execution under the supervision of the principal architect.
List down various tasks along with the name of the contractor which requires to be executed as per the scope of work of that project.
List down various quality products being used for that specific project. Example - plumbing - kohler fittings, mason work - Italian marble.
Regular updates regarding on going work.
Update the project file daily (will be shared by the business owner).
Site visits.
Create a win-win situation for clients and studio paradigm. Everyone wins, and everyone is happy
Handover and completion
Accept and give feedback where necessary
Skills Required: Communication, management, time management, collaboration skills, problem-solving, customer skills, planning, adaptability, budgeting, fluency in English and Hindi, telephone etiquette, listening, meeting etiquette
Knowledge Required: Basic architectural knowledge, Domain knowledge, AutoCAD knowledge, Sketchup or similar rendering knowledge, MS Office and Google Office, Using the internet and emails, Computer skills, Reporting and updating
