2.Reviewing and designing architectural and engineering plans, ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets.
3.Ensuring all plans are compliant with required working details and material specifications.
Monitoring the work of junior Architects to help them fine-tune their design skills and improve their industry knowledge.
4.Providing guidance to/with site supervisors to subcontractors and clients, helping them interpret design specifications to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner and project requirements are met.
5.Networking and consulting with various industry professionals
