About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our growing team at AD Design Studio, Pune, an upcoming multidisciplinary design studio working on diverse architectural and interior projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, contribute meaningfully, and grow with the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in designing and developing architectural concepts, presentations, and working drawings.
Prepare detailed CAD drawings, 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs for client presentations and design development.
Conduct site visits, prepare reports, and assist in project coordination and execution.
Support in documentation work including municipal drawings, approval sets, BOQs, and tender documentation.
Contribute to design discussions, brainstorming sessions, and design research.
Collaborate closely with the team and coordinate with consultants, vendors, and clients as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
Good understanding of UDPCR and local building bye-laws (especially relevant in Maharashtra).
Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, Lumion/V-Ray/Enscape, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills – both verbal and visual.
Ability to manage time efficiently, work independently, and handle multiple tasks.
Enthusiasm to work in a growing and fast-paced environment, contribute ideas, and take initiative.
