We’re looking for a Junior Architect who is eager to contribute to complex, challenging, and exciting work while growing within a team that’s shaping the future of urban spaces. If you’re passionate about design and ready to dive deep into the real-world workings of architecture from design boards to building sites this is your chance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing Working Drawings (WD), Municipal Drawings (MD), detail drawings, and presentation decks.
- Conducting regular site visits to monitor design execution and resolve on-site challenges.
- Liaising with civic authorities to ensure timely approvals and smooth project flow.
- Applying a sound understanding of UDCPR and NMMC regulations in documentation and design.
- Coordinating directly with clients and consultants to bring projects from vision to reality.
- Contributing to prestigious commercial, residential, and institutional projects.
- Work closely with senior architects and consultants to support project delivery.
- 1–5 years of experience in an architectural firm (experience in Navi Mumbai/Mumbai is essential).
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related fields.
- Strong command over AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and authority meetings.
- Well-versed in local municipal norms and approval processes.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working on fast-paced, large-scale projects.
