We are seeking a motivated and experienced Junior Area Sales Manager to join our team at RS Fragrances International Pvt Ltd. The role involves off-site operations in Rajasthan and requires effective sales strategies to expand our market presence in the region. The Junior Area Sales Manager will report directly to the Zonal Head - Senior Sales and play a pivotal role in driving growth and building client relationships
Responsibilities
● Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share in Rajasthan.
● Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
● Conduct market research to identify opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
● Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to the Senior Sales team.
● Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless client experience and order fulfillment.
● Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote RS Fragrances' offerings.
● Deliver exceptional presentations and demonstrations to clients, showcasing our products.
● Address client queries and concerns promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
● Prepare and negotiate sales agreements, contracts, and pricing terms.
● Keep track of competitors' activities and provide competitive insights
Qualifications
● 2-3 years’ experience in Fragrance & Flavor Industry.
● Brief understanding of the FMCG market (Particularly the Consumer Product business)
● Thorough market knowledge of various products and keeping up to date with the latest trends.
● Basic knowledge of the various olfactive notes.
● Proficiency in Hindi and English language.
● Excellent communication skills.
● Good grasp of Microsoft Office.
● Should have the ability to tap good relationships with the clients.
● Flexible enough to adapt to the environment and share a good rapport with the internal team members.
● Readiness to travel 15-20 days a month to visit clients
