1. Recruitment Support
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various functional roles.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
• Post job openings on job portals, LinkedIn, and relevant recruitment platforms.
• Maintain and update candidate trackers to ensure timely closure of positions.
• Support the hiring team with ATS management and recruitment dashboards.
