Job Overview
The Junior Business Development Executive will support AdEtc Studios in sourcing, developing,
and closing new business opportunities. The role involves active lead generation, client outreach,
sales pipeline management, and coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through online platforms, referrals, and outbound outreach
- Conduct initial communication with prospective clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams accordingly
- Maintain lead data and sales pipeline records
- Schedule meetings and follow up with potential clients
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in business development or sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of sales processes and client handling
- Proactive attitude with a result-oriented approach
