About the Role We are seeking a passionate and creative Content marketer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for crafting compelling content across various platforms, including our website, social media channels, and video scripts. Responsibilities: • Develop engaging and informative blog posts, website content, and social media copy (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) aligned with Welling's brand voice and marketing goals. • Research and write video scripts on trending health topics and diseases, promoting the benefits of homeopathy. • Stay up-to-date on current health trends and translate complex medical information into easily digestible content for the public. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content marketing strategies. • Must represent Welling confidently in video content creation. • Proactively identify and connect with relevant influencers for promotional opportunities. • Utilize Canva or similar design tools to create visually appealing graphics for social media and marketing materials. • Demonstrate initiative, ownership, and a creative approach to content development. • Work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines. • Report to the Marketing Manager/ exec. Qualifications: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • A knack for storytelling and the ability to translate complex information into engaging content. • Prior experience in content creation (blogs, social media copywriting) is preferred. • Familiarity with SEO best practices is a plus. • Comfort level appearing on camera with good presentation skills is a MUST. • Basic design skills and proficiency in Canva or similar tools. • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks effectively. • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to content performance.
