Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Customer Service Representative. You will be responsible for supporting our sales team and delivering high-quality service to our customers. Daily responsibilities include:

Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
Assisting customers with orders, product information, and general support
Processing orders accurately and efficiently
Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Providing exceptional customer service at every touchpoint
Learning our product range and developing knowledge of key IT brands
Supporting sales representatives with administrative and customer-related tasks
This role provides an excellent pathway into sales, account management, or senior customer service roles within the business.

Qualifications & Skills

We are looking for someone who is:

No experience required — full training provided
Available for an immediate start
Professional, friendly, and eager to learn

A strong communicator with good phone manner
Motivated, reliable, and able to work in a team environment
Organised with good attention to detail
Confident using computers and Microsoft Office
Bonus points if you have:

Previous customer service experience (retail or office-based)
Knowledge of IT or office supplies
Experience with CRM systems
