Job Description
This role will suit someone with previous design experience across girls and / or womenswear within a retailer or supplier environment. Experience in licensing would be advantageous for this role, but not essential.

Main responsibilities will include:
• Conduct seasonal trend and catwalk research to inspire fresh and commercially relevant designs.
• Present trends and concepts to clients, securing briefs and fostering strong relationships with Buyers and Designers.
• Create detailed technical packs, ensuring clarity for overseas production teams and factories.
• Collaborate with factories to ensure timely product development and oversee sample tracking
• Organise materials for meetings, manage the showroom, and communicate effectively with global teams and suppliers.
• Manage administrative tasks, including tracking critical paths, handling samples, photographing, and cataloguing products, and coordinating lab dips and strike-offs.
Person specification:
• Previous design experience specialising in girls wear and / or womenswear with a strong commercial portfolio.
• Experience in licensing would be a plus but not essential.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator etc).
• Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• A team player who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and adds value to the company culture.
