Job Description
In this role, the Junior Designer will have an expertise in apparel design and technical proficiency across various categories. With a background in Fashion Design or garment construction, the successful talent will manage multiple seasonal collections simultaneously and possess a keen eye for fabric, colour and digital artwork. Proficiency in Illustrator and Excel is essential.
As the Junior Designer, the successful talent will work closely with the Creative Directors and Design Managers to research and contribute creative ideas, ensuring seasonal collections reflect the brand’s vision.
Additionally, you will work cross-functionally with teams across the business to gather insights on consumer preferences and sales patterns, driving our commercial success. This role also involves sourcing new fabrics and trims, managing artwork development, and supporting the creation of detailed CADs and tech packs.
With a strong understanding of garment construction and excellent communication skills, the successful talent will liaise with global suppliers to ensure seamless execution of design concepts.
