• Prepare posts for instagram/ facebook and other social media sites
• Write creative captions for the posts
• Replying to emails and DMs/messages received on social media sites
• Identify and generate institutional leads online
• Drive online sales by replying to querries on instagram, facebook, indiamart, etc.
• Fluent in spoken & written English
