Experience: 3–5 years (Residential & Commercial Projects only)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (based on experience)

Requirements:
• 3–5 years of relevant site/project experience
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and quality standards
• Ability to manage site activities, coordinate with vendors, and ensure compliance
• Good communication and leadership skills
