Job Description :- Fabric In-Charge (Experience in Men's wear Make to Measure retail fashion Store Sales domain) Experience - 3+ Years. Working Day's & Time - Monday to Saturday - 10.00 Am -- 8.00 Pm. Work Location:- Lower Parel Company URL:- https://miteshlodha.com/ Mitesh Lodha (@miteshlodha) Instagram photos and videos Job Role:- The Fabric In-Charge works in collaboration closely with designers, production teams, and sales departments to align fabric as per the client order. Overseeing Fabric cutting on confirming the receiving of the work order properly with including product-wise details. Ensure the availability of materials with managing Fabric through managing ready stock (RS), out of stock (OOS), and request for material (RFM). Vendor Management and Negotiations, Follow ups and correspondence with suppliers, focus on maximum cost saving. Ensure the best quality of the products through understanding market trends and customer demands Maintain accurate records of all fabric inventory, including receiving, storing, and issuing fabrics. Conduct stock counts and reconcile inventory records with physical stock. Prepares fabric folder and accessories folder for production. Once the fabric is received to make sure it is matching to the requirements such as GSM, COLOR, WIDTH, FASTNESS AND HANDFEEL. Should have basic knowledge of patterning and average calculation of men's wear outfit. To keep a track of the cutting plan given, and hence issue goods to the cutting department days before the style is planned to cut. Updated in ERP system on a daily basis.∙ SKILLS & QUALIFICATION Graduate/ Diploma in Fashion Designing. Result Orientation Planning Skills Attention to detail Decision-Making ability
