Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the creation and development of client designs and collections.
2. Collaborate with tailors and other team members to execute design concepts.
3. Attend walk-in customers and help them with readymades and other apparel.
4. Create drawings as per client requirements (Blouses, lehengas, suits, etc) production.
5. Assist in the fitting and testing of garments to ensure quality and fit.
6. Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to oversee production processes.
