Cook & Bathe, a leading Australian retailer of designer kitchen and bathroom products, is seeking a versatile Junior Graphic Designer & Marketing Assistant to join the expanding team. In this entry level role, you’ll play a key role in crafting engaging visual content, assist with marketing initiatives and help manage our social media presence. This multifaceted role requires a strong foundation in graphic design, complemented by a keen interest business marketing, and desire to learn strategic social media management skills, to enhance brand presence and drive engagement. Key Responsibilities:
Design: Create captivating graphics, print media, eDMs and creative assets for social media, web, and marketing campaigns.
Social Media: Assist with managing our social media platforms, scheduling posts, collaboration with influencers, engaging with our audience and reporting.
Content Creation: Capture the essence of our brand with photography and videography projects. Help plan and execute creative content that resonates with our followers.
Marketing: Assist with key market research initiatives and rollout of business brand strategy.
Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing team to ensure consistency in brand identity and messaging.
What We’re Looking For:
Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, or related field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
Excellent visual design and typography skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Knowledge of content marketing principles
