SciMedian is looking for A Junior Health Data Analyst.

To thrive as a Health Data Analyst, you must analyze health-related data with a passion for transforming applications of Data Science in the Clinic, Academia, and Pharmaceutical industry. If you are passionate about data and eager to contribute to meaningful projects, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyzing healthcare data sets to extract actionable insights.
• Support senior data analysts in managing large datasets and running data analysis using tools like Python, R, SQL, and Excel.
• Prepare reports and data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Clean and validate data for accuracy and completeness.
• Work on real-world healthcare projects and contribute to ongoing research.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven solutions are aligned with company goals.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s , Master’s or PhD degree in data science, statistics, Engineering, MBBS, biology, Pharmacy, computational science, or a relevant discipline.
• Basic proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, or Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Interest in the healthcare sector and desire to grow in health data analytics.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Familiarity with healthcare datasets and terminologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of machine learning applications, NLPs, in health data analysis
• Analyzing large amounts of information to find patterns, and developing prediction systems.
• Previous internship or project experience in health data analysis.
